Returns
Owing to the outdoor nature of the product, we do not accept any returns once the product has been purchased by the customer and been delivered to him/her.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Upgrades made to shelters
- Any extra accessories purchased with the shelter.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
On purchase, there will be no refunds whatsoever. The customer may contact Polyvault Shelters in the case of defect to the product which will be addressed and replacements will be made on a chargeable or non-chargeable basis, on the discretion of the managing team at Polyvault Shelters.
In the scenario of a wrong product purchased the customer may again contact the team to discuss further decisions personally.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by manufacturers error. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at feedback@polyvaultauto.com our team will get back to you.
Shipping
To exchange a defective product, kindly contact us using details provided.Our team will book a pickup of the stated product form the address provided at the time of complain filing.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
You will receive a tracking number to track the component shipped.
