Job Position: Lead Management Specialist - Sales & Marketing

Location: Mumbai (Onsite)

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Lead Management Specialist to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of marketing and sales principles, with the technical expertise to manage online leads and generate conversions.

This role requires fluency in English and ability to with various digital tools and platforms, including content creation software (like Canva, Adobe), Ads Manager, API integrations, and Google Ads.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation:

Develop, implement, and optimize lead management strategies to drive conversions.

API Integrations:

Work with APIs to automate lead generation processes and ensure seamless data transfer between marketing platforms and CRM systems.

Sales Alignment:

Work closely with the team to ensure alignment on lead quality and the handover process to dealership networks, facilitating a smooth transition from marketing to sales.

Stay Updated:

Keep up-to-date with marketing trends, new technologies, and best practices for lead generation and digital marketing.

Requirements:
  • Basic experience in lead generation, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and sales funnels.
  • Experience managing Google Ads and social media advertising platforms
  • Basic knowledge of APIs and how to integrate them with marketing tools.

Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and CRM systems.

Strong analytical skills and basic experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
